| New della Q, Hedgehog Tweedy & Tosh ASAP Pre-orders For The Lotus Collection Start Now | | |

Imagine this: You're out hiking out in the Colorado mountains. The birds are flying south overhead, the pine needles are crunching underfoot, the scenery is painted a gorgeous gold and red palette, and there's a waterfall roaring in the distance. Absolute bliss. You decide this spot is great to rest, so you take a seat on a large rock, slack your backpack from your shoulder and retrieve a scarf you've been working on. Your backpack is filled to the brim with goodies like your yarn, pattern, accessories, and tools - you know, the normal hiking essentials, hehe!
We're excited to reveal what we've been working so hard on behind the scenes! After many requests and questions from you guys, we can finally announce that our latest line of Maker's Bags comes in waxed canvas under the della Q name and is now available for pre-order! This rustic collection features the water-repellent material with accents of genuine leather and antique bronze hardware. Each bag is packaged in a smart, biodegradable protective bag, comes with a yarn feeder, a yarn cutter, a dot journal, darning needle, a decorative safety pin with three lotus-shaped stitch markers, and is available in a fabulous fall palette of moody shades. Not to toot our own horns here, but we've basically curated the perfect bag for makers whether you prefer crafting on the go or relaxing with your project at home!

Inspired by the classic rucksack, this beauty is available in Blue, Mustard, Olive, Red, and Salmon. We're pleased to think of this bag as the ultimate carryall for your crafting! The straps are large enough to wear comfortably but not big enough to be cumbersome. The Maker's Canvas Backpack sits flat on the ground and has a top handle to grab when you're on the run!
A modern spin on the classic messenger bag, this chic bag borrows its functionality and versatility from sling backpacks downsized for smaller, more portable projects. Lightweight and water-repellent, you can wear this bag in a multitude of different ways to customize it to your own personal style! Wear it across your back or chest for easier accessibility. The Mini Messenger is large enough for your supplies, but small enough to avoid the burden of a larger bag.
Zippers this, zippers that - we've nixed the zipper on this bag for a chic roll top! This design allows you to stuff as much, well, stuff, into it and then roll the top down before securing it with the genuine leather strap! Finely handcrafted, this roll-top messenger has a cool, vintage feel that will always be in style.
You wanna talk about travel? Look no further than the Maker's Weekender! Thoughtfully designed as the ultimate travel bag, this beauty is large and in charge, providing ample room for all sorts of fibers and goodies! Featuring leather handles, an adjustable shoulder strap, a pattern holder, and a hidden project bag in the side pocket, this bag makes crafting on the go easy and carefree!
You know it, you love it, our bestselling Maker's Portfolio now has a rugged sister to take the making world by storm! New, improved, and available in the same autumnal shade range as our new collection of bags! While still an ideal way to store your needles and notions, we've now included a pattern sleeve window that can stand by itself for optimal viewing while you craft! With sewn pockets, zipper pockets, and vinyl pages, you can fit a whole stash of needles in this baby and customize your storage to you!

Ideal for protecting your next work in progress, the Maker's Knit Sack holds your next adventure with ease! The eye-catching marbled nature of the canvas gives it the elegant, one-of-a-kind look of smoky, winding clouds, making it unique to you and your project! It can safely hold your yarn and other small items like accessories, books, and needles, and you can attach it to your backpack or purse via the genuine leather loop found at the upper corner of the bag.
Oh, snap! Have you ever printed out a pattern from the internet and had to resort to folding it into quarters so it wouldn't get wrinkled on the go? While that may work for some, we have to say that's no way to live! That's why we made the Maker's Canvas Pattern Holder, which is the perfect way to carry your pattern without having to worry about losing it amongst your other important documents! The Pattern Holder comes complete with a clear panel and satisfying signature snap closure, making it easy to read your patterns while also protecting them from the elements!

They say good things come in small packages and we couldn't agree more! This little wonder is here to hold all of your accessories for your project in a neat little carrying case complete with strong zip closures that keep everything... squared away (hehe!) without fear of losing another stitch marker! Speaking of stitch markers ... every Square Mini Zip comes with three lotus stitch markers, each a different color! The magnetic interior helps organize without the use of an inner pocket, making navigating to your needed accessory that much easier! The genuine leather accent gives this tiny treasure a color-blocked vibe that couldn't feel more at home this season!
Please note: We find beauty in the imperfect. Due to the nature of the waxed canvas and genuine leather, any scarring and patina are viewed as adding character and personality to these bags, making them more unique and one-of-a-kind in the process!
With the holiday season upon us and the bags expected to arrive in January, we're thrilled to offer gift box options for those wanting to place something extra special under the tree! Inside a della Q box, filled with crinkly kraft paper, is a gift card reading, "Lucky you! Someone who loves you pre-ordered you a della Q Maker's Bag!". Did we mention we're adding lots of love to the boxes too?! ;) Limited quantities are available. Add a Gift Box to your cart - boxes will begin shipping next week and the bags will arrive in the new year.

One of our favorite things about fall and winter is that we finally get a chance to wear all of our tweed garments! The handmade, classic feel of tweed on your skin is basically what we imagine living in a small cottage on the edge of a secluded lake feels like - marrying the worlds of cozy and lush!
Fan-favorite Hedgehog Tweedy yarn is a gorgeous Falkland Merino wool blended with recycled wool and thread waste, making it oh-so-soft, but smart and good for the planet as well! Gone are the days of fast fashion when you have this bad boy on your needles! We're so excited to announce that we snatched up as much of this fanciful fiber as we possibly could to share in your stash!
This DK weight yarn comes with 250 yards of tweedy twine to get hooked on (literally for us crocheters, hehe!). Though we should warn you, this stuff is highly addictive and you'll want to build an entire wardrobe out of it (just ask some of the Beans, we just can't stop squishing it)! Due to the nature of how this yarn is made, please note that once we run out, it's out for quite some time, so be sure to snatch some up as soon as you can!

Starry-Eyed for Shibui!
When you wish upon a skein
Brand new hues we shall obtain! The past few nights have been so clear, we were able to see shooting stars! No matter your age, it's always fun to wish upon a shooting star and hope your dream comes true! While some may think it's just a silly game, others do it every chance they get! We have to admit, we don't always go on the hunt for a star to wish on, but the other night we did, and our wish came true!
Expanding their sophisticated palette of neutrals and jewel tones, Shibui Knits hit it out of the park with their newest additions: Syrah, Paprika, Noire, and Caper. Rounding out their already incredible palette, Shibui's newest shades are available in all of the fan-favorite bases like Cima, Silk Cloud, and Tweed Silk Cloud to name a few! These colors just scream fall vibes to us, and we can't wait to cast on with Caper (and do a little colorwork with Noire)!
Shibui Knits yarns are elegant and spun from the finest available fibers you could think of - you may think you're treating yourself to something nice, but really, you're treating your needles and hooks instead. Who said you can't gift something nice to your tools?!

Can you believe Craftvent is only 11 days away!? The Beans over at Jimmy Beans HQ have been hard at work assembling Craftvent Calendars for the past few weeks, and they're finally able to take a breather, wipe the sweat from their brows, and beam at their accomplishments! Watch out Santa's elves - the Beans are just as quick on the draw!
While stopping for the occasional sip of eggnog or hot cocoa, they've been boxing up your next favorite project with smiles on their faces and blush on their noses - oh yeah, we can already tell it's gonna be a great Craftvent season this year! Have you chosen between the crochet Gingersnap Wrap or the knit Tidings to Yew project? What about colorways? We've been finding it super difficult to choose a favorite colorway when they're both so festive! Northern Lights reminds us of staying up all night just to get a glimpse of Santa coming down the chimney while Cinnamon Sugar gets us ready for the unwrapping party we're going to have on the 25th!
Have you ordered your Craftvent yet? Be sure to do so ASAP, because that cast-on date is quickly approaching and after today, we won't be able to guarantee it will show up on your doorstep in time!
If you've already ordered and you wanna get in the holiday spirit a little early with other like-minded makers, be sure to check out our Facebook and Ravelry groups! This year, we've split it up for a SPOILER-FREE group and a SPOILER group so everyone can feel comfortable going at their own pace!
